WINE PROGRAM
Owner and sommelier Peter Miscikoski curates an approachable and adventurous wine program to complement Gedney’s locally sourced, seasonal fare. Our constantly rotating selection is informed by vintage, season and terroir – backed by an in-depth knowledge, rigorous standards, keeping up with new releases and on-vineyard research. The sommelier takes a great deal of care in assembling the list, both by the bottle and by the glass.
